Описание: Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Omni Family Health has remained open, serving our communities with safe in-person and telehealth visits. Many of our patients made the decision to stay home and delay in-person preventive care and visits for chronic illnesses like diabetes and high blood pressure. However, for many people, it’s time to schedule an in-person visit with your provider for certain preventative care and chronic diseases. When you enter our health centers, you will notice all patients are pre-screened for COVID related symptoms, including temperature checks, and they are safely distanced inside our lobbies.
