Big egos and big muscles are flexed across social media but what no-one is talking about is how many are struggling with body dysmorphia.
In this video, I explain what body dysmorphia is and why it's happening globally with a lot of individuals who love fitness. Putting fitness first can make you slightly obsessive (speaking from experience) but is that a bad thing...?
I don't tell you how to overcome body dysmorphia or if it hasn't happened to yet, how to avoid it as I'm not a trained therapist! I just discuss the topic as I find it super interesting and one not spoken about enough.
