As some of you know I took a couple of weeks out of the YouTube world to head over to Oahu and Hawai'i in the Hawaiian Islands for some gruelling events and a little holiday.
It was a very emotional journey for many reasons but full of some great memories that of course I want to share!
After having completed the Spartan trifecta just a few days before I couldn't resist the urge (even though I had already done way too many of them) of doing burpees at the top of the world.
And yes I know my technique is not right but hey I was still sore!
