Описание: "The Morning After Show" was created, is owned and financed by Pat Patterson to showcase indie and unsigned bands from Portland Oregon and The World. This section (playlist.) is an audio time capsule of the indie music scene history in Portland Oregon and the world. "Intelligent Rock" was a phrase Pat coined in 1997 to describe the diverse music scene which encompassed rock n roll, roots rock, dream pop, funk, punk and crossover country. The studio was more of a club house and family than just a radio show which aired from June 1997 to summer 1999. Pat was never going to play by corporate radio rules then or now and certainly had an unorthodox way of bringing this indie music (Intelligent Rock) to the airwaves, but The Bands will always come first and Pat put his money where his mouth was! The person who held it all together was partner, producer and on air talent Molly Murdock. Kevin Rankin was key both on air and off as was Brian Lamartina, Chris Messina and KXYQ owner Ivan Kafoury.
