If you’ve had liposuction and a BBL at Skin & Skinnier La Jolla (or elsewhere), you’re probably eager and motivated and feeling more confident than ever to get into even better shape ASAP! 💪 This is the first of a series of post-op exercise videos featuring our lovely fitness pro and personal trainer (Instagram @jovinicolefitness) who walks you through exercises that will help you tighten and tone your core as you recover from your BBL procedure without having to sit on your booty! We recommend that you start these routines no sooner than 3-4 weeks post-op. For BBL patients, be sure to not squeeze your buttocks (in some of these variations).
