Les hommes s’assemblent alors dès le matin dans les grandes rues, où il y a des marchands et dans les places publiques, où se tiennent les bazars ou les marchés. Là sur le bord des boutiques, ils s’entretiennent à discourir et à prendre dans de petites écuelles de porcelaine du café. C’est ainsi que la conception du café maure est devenue une partie intégrante de la vie citadine en Algérie.
كل الصباح يتجمع الرجال في الشوارع الرئيسية وفي الأماكن العامة بعدما تفتح البازارات أو الأسواق و المحلات التجارية ، يتحدثون الرجال ويشربون القهوة في فناجين صغيرة من الخزف و هكذا أصبح مفهوم المقهى جزءًا في حياة المدن الجزائرية
Men gather in the morning in the main streets, where there are merchants and in public places, where bazaars or markets are held . There on the edge of the shops, they talk to each other and take coffee in small porcelain bowls. This is how the conception of Moorish coffee became an integral part of city life in Algeria.
