Heart shaped churros with chocolate ganache ♡
This recipe makes about 7 heart shaped churros. You might get more or less depending on how big you pipe them :)
Churros
1 cup (240g) water
1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter
1/4 tsp salt
♡ Cook over medium heat until the butter is completely melted and bubbles slightly- then take it off the heat and add flour
1 and 1/4 cups (170g) all-purpose flour
♡ Mix until it forms a dough and pulls away from the sides of the pot
2 eggs (one at a time)
Frying
About 2 inches of oil

Cinnamon Sugar
1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
1 and 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
Chocolate Ganache
4oz chopped chocolate bar (you can use any chocolate you want - I used semi-sweet)
1/2 cup (120g) hot heavy cream
📝 Notes
♡ Fry the churros at 360F for about 2 minutes on each side (or until golden)
