I always had in mind to compose an epic orchstra to this track. I had a very specific sound in my head and until now never dared to do actually do it because I knew I wouldn't achieve it with the equipment at the time but well I suprised myself with how much this sound actually came to life since I got new ones.
NSMBWII was my first ever video game I've actually played and to this day holds a special place in my heart and I am more than happy to see how much the mario trailer looks like the world they always portrayed in that game. MSMBWII is definitely up there with one of the best final boss moments I had experienced in a video game. I love the OST I love the second phase of the fight. It is the perfect Mario Final boss. The whole game you did nothing but jump from left to right in the stages so what better way is there to make the last boss a scrolling level where you have to do exactly what you've learned the whole game but epic.
The original was composed by Shiho Fujii & Ryō Nagamatsu.
