Goin' Constructor at first looks like a ability that’s held back by the very small number of heroes that actually buff it, plus the cooldown is extremely long.
But especially in Venture Zones like Frozen Fjords, where ability cooldowns can be reduced, abilities like these shine the most.
Together with Hotwire, the newest hero for Goin' Constructor, I was able to create a build that deals over one million damage per swing.
