I Ran Across Europe. Nearly 5,000 km, unsupported from the west coast of Ireland to Istanbul.
Every day I recorded about 30 minutes of 4K POV footage with a GoPro attached to the handlebar of the running buggy I used to carry my gear.
Day 13 started at Quarry Lodge Camping, Carmarthen and ended at Tŷ Newydd Campsite, near LLangadog. This episode records the start of my, just a few km in.
