Shea butter = 10 tablespoons in solid form
Sunflower oil = 200 ml ( you can use any carrier oil of your choice)
Black castor oil = 1 tablespoon ( optional)
Chebe oil = 1 teaspoon ( optional)
Essential oils =lavender & peppermint ( optional)
vitamin E oil
