This station is super easy and quick to assemble in less than 3 mins and requires No tools. It uses metal push pins that lock at the ends. It weighs just 44lbs and this model supports up to 220lbs. It's easy to carry in a duffle bag or in 2 bags (1 per arm) and Apart from pull ups, dips, pushups, there are so many more exercises you can do on this equipment. Here I perform a front lever, a back lever, and an L-sit muscle-up to a front lever just to give you an idea. This is super fun and I highly recommend it if you want a lightweight and strong portable workout station that you can take to the Beach or just about anywhere to change the scenery!
