Today I am sharing a very easy and tasty Crispy Poha Cutlet Recipe. If you have leftover poha at home, you can turn it into a delicious snack in just a few minutes. This Aloo Poha Cutlet is perfect for breakfast, tiffin box, or evening tea time.
These cutlets are crispy from outside and soft from inside, and kids love them a lot. You can shallow fry, air fry, or deep fry them with very little oil. Serve with green chutney or tomato ketchup.

Poha (Flattened Rice) – 1/2 cups
Boiled Potatoes – 1 medium
Boiled Peas -- 1/3 cup
Onion (Finely Chopped) – 1
Green Chili (Chopped) – 1
Garlic, ginger paste -- 1 tsp
Capsicum -- 1/4 cup (chopped)
Beetroot -- 1/4 cup (gread)
Carrot -- 1/4 cup (gread)
Fresh Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Maggi Masala – 1 tsp
Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
Gram Flour – 2 tbsp
Oil – For frying
