What an epic BroFun session in Plettenberg Bay today! 🤙🌊
I got to share the stoke with an awesome young man — Adam, a local up-and-coming bodyboarder who has been following Bro RC Surfer since he was just 4 years old. Now at 11, he finally got to join me in the water and experience the BroFun first-hand!
And wow… Adam absolutely nailed it 👊🔥
For a first session, he was incredible. Anyone who has tried RC Surfing — or who surfs regularly — knows it’s a LOT harder than it looks. You’ve got to read the wave, position the Bro perfectly, and choreograph the ride in real time… exactly like real surfing.
Adam picked it up so naturally — grabbed a couple of quick little barrels and threw down some epic moves.
The kid’s got serious eye–hand coordination and is showing real promise as a future BroFun RC Surfing ambassador for the Plett area.
I had an absolute blast sharing the stoke with him and already can’t wait for our next session when I’m back up here.
