The following video shows the full belt servicing on a 2.4 D5 Volvo V60, including - timing belt, auxiliary belt with tensioners, waterpump and alternator pulley.
This procedure is applicable to all Volvo vehicles equipped with the Euro 5 D4/D5 5-cylinder diesel, including:
V70, XC70, XC60, S60, S80, V60, and other P2/P3 platform volvos.
Part numbers for V60 (possibly matching other models):
Timing belt kit - 31359568
Aux Belt - 31330870
Aux Belt Tensioner - 31316674
Aux Belt2 Servo - 31325042
Alternator Pulley - 30667682
⏱️ Recommended Service Intervals (General Guidance):
Timing belt - 108k miles / 180k km or 10 years
Auxiliary belts - 54k miles / 90k km or 5-6 years
Alternator pulley (no official service interval, but recommended on 200k km)
