Avaah thrives in fine arts, especially theatre, where she can express her creativity while working in a team. She is dedicated to volunteer work and always looking to make a positive impact in her community.

Talk Synopsis: When you take care of yourself, you’re not being selfish, you’re just making sure you can handle whatever life throws at you and still show up for the people who matter. It’s about making sure your own cup is full so you can pour into others without burning out. Self-care isn’t just a break, it’s what helps you stay strong, calm, and there for the ones you love.
