🇮🇩 Studio Talk's Interior Design Ideas for the Coziest Living Space

Описание: Designing a living room, how hard can it be? It’s just possibly the most publicly accessible spot, the heart and soul of the house, and the most lived-in area. No pressure, right? For Levina from Studio Talk and first-time home owner/client, Bulan; yes.

“It was a smooth sail,” said Bulan, a description that is rather unheard of for the rest of the world during that period. The project kicked off during the height of the pandemic; most communication was done online. The time difference between the designer and the client also did not make it any easier (Levina was stuck on the other side of the planet). So, how did they manage to pull it off? Touching every base; immaculate progress, beautiful design, flawless finish. A beautiful, cozy, fully functional, open living space — home run.

The client came with pages of Pinterest pics-filled moodboard, a bible for the designers to take inspiration from, from the overall mood, tone, and colors, down to the materials. “It excites us,” Levina remarked, “it was so detailed but still left enough room for us to explore.” The designers had a great time balancing the client’s dream and vision with their own idealism: beauty and function.

Bulan explained her reasoning behind choosing Studio Talk, stating that it wasn’t necessarily about a specific style in their previous works. Instead, she emphasized the importance of being agile and adaptability, “their portfolio is rich, with each project distinct from the others, yet maintaining their own identity in the final result.”

The approach is grounded in deep collaboration, between the designers and the clients, with endless conversation of ideas and visions. Studio Talk’s craftsmanship is everywhere, but flared with rich personality of Bulan.
