With an opening production from Tasha Long and Tommie Ross, Kevin Scott really outdid himself in Orlando at the Parliament House with his first Miss National at Large in 1995. Your top 5 included Santana T. Summers, Lady Fabian Sanchez, Victoria Parker, Tezra Devoe, and of course, the winner Sierrah Foxx. Watching this could be emotional since 3 of the top 5 have gained their wings, and I heard Dan Fraser and Tony Curtis asking a couple of them their on-stage question, not to mention Carmella Marcella Garcia as emcee.
