If your like me and conditioning and working with polymer clay can be a struggle because of cold hands in winter and hot rooms in summer then this video and the tips I included should help you. I struggled until I figured this out myself many years ago. Hope you find the info useful.
Sorry about the volume being so low. I did not realize that it was like that. If there is anything you could not hear please let me know and I will try to figure out what I was covering in the video at that point.
NOTE: This clay that I was conditioning was Prosculpt clay, I have also used this on Living Doll clay, and Sculpey without issue. However, I have noticed that Cosclay and Fimo react differently. Coscaly on medium turns into bubble gum so stick with low or use your body heat. Fimo actually seemed to start curing on medium so definitely use low or your body heat. Also, if you have a thermometer confirm the temp for each setting as heating pads are not all the same(according to an artist friend) The internet gives one industry standard temperature range but better safe than sorry. :(
