The Federal Security Service (FSB) detained a 35-year-old Russian-Ukrainian citizen linked to Ukrainian special services. Acting on orders via Telegram, the suspect built a powerful explosive device and concealed it in a car loaded with over 60 kilograms of explosives. Authorities say the plot was stopped on the M-4 highway before it could be executed. The suspect now faces multiple charges, including high treason, and could be sentenced to life imprisonment.
