Ghazipur City (GCT) is an important station under the North Eastern Railway (NER), Gorakhpur, operating within the Varanasi division. The station plays a crucial role in connecting major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Surat, Agra, Bhopal, Jammu, Patna, Lucknow, Kolkata, Guwahati, and many more through routine train services.

Recent Developments & Future Plans:

✔ Double-line electrified railway route (Prayagraj Jn – Varanasi Jn – Ghazipur City – Chhapra Jn)
