Hello Everyone welcome to my channel Tasty_Treats& my life . In today’s video I will share with u dry dates (chuhare) Halwa Recipe. This is really beneficial for back pain relief in winter also. Ingredients
-Dry Dates (Chuhare) 1/2 kg
-Milk (Dodh) 1 kg
-Ghee 1/4 cup
-Sugar (Cheeni) 200 grams or as per taste
-Dry Coconut,Almonds, pistachios or dry nuts of ur choice

Soak dry dates in water for half an hour to remove dust . Wash well then cut in between & remove seeds . Then add 1 litre boil Milk in a pan add dry dates and cook on low to medium flame until milk reduces to half kg. Then blend the dry dates to make smooth pastel. Then add 1/4 cup ghee in a pan then add dry dates mixture in pan & cook it until water gets dry and ghee separates from dry dates mixture. Then add sugar and cook until sugar dissolve. Then add dry coconut & nut in Halwa . Now it’s ready to serve. U can freeze it for 2 months.
