Convicted drug dealers testified they paid former justice secretary Leila de Lima in return for favours.
The hearing was held one day after she was removed from a senate commission investigating extrajudicial killings in President Rodrigo Duterte’s “war on drugs”.
Duterte's campaign has killed at least 3,000 people in the past 3 months.
