but by what remained inside him after it ended.
While others learned how to forget,
he carried every sound, every face, every flame.
Love did not rescue him.
Love only intensified what was already unbearable.
He did not fall because he was weak.
He fell because he kept everything.
This is Part I of a three-part philosophical music project
