Описание:
· A suspension made of distilled water and flour or grist is filled into the
measuring bowl.
· The Amylograph-E is started and the measuring head is pushed
down into operating position so that the measuring system reaches
into the suspension. Heating of the measuring bowl starts and the
measuring bowl starts rotating at a fixed speed of 75 min-1.
· As the suspension within the rotating measuring bowl rotates as well,
the measuring sensor reaching into the suspension is deflected more
or less, depending on the viscosity of the suspension, against a load
sensing system.
· This deflection is measured and recorded continuously as torque and
is represented on the monitor* of the PC* as a measuring curve.
