I'm Patrice Davis, mom of three, CEO of Grants Works Consulting and Ready Set Go Consult, travel enthusiast, and culture lover. I'm also the host of the Age Has No Limit podcast.

Grants Works is a government grant consulting firm. I landed my first client four months after I started the business and my first long-term client another four months later.

There were steps I took to attract the attention of key decision-makers and I was invited to submit a proposal to an RFP. That proposal and those steps helped me land my first six-figure contract exactly one year after launching the business.

Since then my client roster includes universities, startups, nonprofits, and local government agencies. I enjoy teaching others how to "live life on their own terms" by launching and growing a consulting or freelance business.
