A P0021 code is set when the computer sees the position of the intake camshaft on bank 2 is more advanced than it should be.

Possible Causes of a P0021 Code:
Low or Dirty Engine Oil
Variable Valve Timing Solenoid
Actuator
Timing Chain or Chain Tensioner
Cam and Crank Sensors (Will Usually Get Other Codes)
