ProWall Rendered Rainscreen Course

This comprehensive Course offers complete training in using our market-leading 30, and 60-year BBA Certified rendered rain screen cladding systems.

EIFS - External Wall Insulation Course

Full training on our 30-year BBA-certified external wall insulation system onto masonry substrates incorporating:
• System Characteristics: Choosing the proper insulation, render materials and finishes.
• System Design: Takes a look at substrate suitability, including wind load and fixing methods, thermal U-Value calculations, expansion and movement, fire breaking and bespoke system detailing — this includes ProRend EIFS system details on other substrates such as CP Board etc.
• Best Practice Installation: A practical session where participants try out a range of insulation components render materials and finishes in our wet room.
• Covering off System Characteristics: Battening, carrier board, fixings, beading, render materials and available finishes.
• System Design Substrate: suitability including wind load requirements and fixing methods, expansion/movement, fire breaking and bespoke system detailing.
• Best Practice Installation: A practical session where participants will work with carrier board, fixings, slip joints, beading and a range of relevant render materials in our wet room.
