The perfect repair method - How to restore a rotten wooden floor in 5 minutes DIY

Описание: In the video I will show you how to restore a rotten parquet board yourself without dismantling and high costs. Water was spilled on the wooden floor, which caused extensive damage. The top layer (lamella) of the parquet board began to rot. To replace one plank, you need to disassemble the entire floor. This will take a lot of time and money. There is a solution! Such damage can be quickly and easily repaired using local restoration.

Work process:
For work, we will need hard waxes (filler), a soldering iron, a spatula, restoration paints, transparent varnish and auxiliary tools (knife, brush, solvent, sandpaper, etc.).
Before restoration, we clean the surface from dirt and dust. We clean the damaged area from rotten wood. We leave a strong base. Using a soldering iron, I melt the hard restoration wax and fill in the damage. After the wax cools, we sand it with a spatula. We retouch the smooth surface with acrylic paints of the required shades and restore the lost structure with a brush. Finally, I cover the restored surface with a transparent restoration varnish of the required shine. The restored surface can be used after 2 hours. The work is completed!
