If it wasn't obvious yet, this is a Sanctuary style track based on the Uwa!! motif found in Undertale and, most recently, Chapter 3 of Deltarune. Given its association with the cold and snow in the latter game, though, I decided to sprinkle in some Noelle motifs in there too.
I've had this rip finished for a while, but I was struggling to think of a background video for it. Eventually I decided to try doing some prophecy style art and landed on what you see before you, because... well, Lost Girl.

For the record, I don't fully believe the Knight is Dess just yet. I do think it's the most likely answer, however I am very open minded and may change my opinion.
