On Day 27, Manzo passed the 200-mile marker and enjoyed the views at the legendary Kuwohi (formerly Clingmans Dome). He hiked a total of about 10 miles into Newfound Gap, where he connected with an old friend and past thru-hiker for a night in Pigeon Forge.
