En las cercanías están la sede SENA Chapinero, Éxito Chapinero, la Fundación Orquesta Sinfónica Juvenil de Colombia, la universidad ECCI, la clínica Marly, la universidad Santo Tomas y la parroquia nuestra señora de Chiquinquirá .
