Work with a team that really understands how ME&R designs tie into the bigger picture - The infrastructure, the planning and the long-term sustainability of a project. This was our first project for high quality dog food manufacturer, Different Dog, who had recently moved to a new state of the art production facility.
Our M&E teams were on site for a 12 week period to delivery the refrigeration aspects of the project, and a further 8 weeks for the mechanical.
Our project scope included the installation and commissioning of a single, internally housed, dual temperature C02 pack which now delivers cooling for the large cold store and production facility.
Our teams also installed the cold store evaporators and associated services.
We also designed a new steam system which consists of three cooking applications, and one steam to hot water plate heat exchanger. This now feeds all of the site's hot water requirements including wash down, hand wash facilities and processed water.
We are fortunate to have fantastic in-house expertise which means we can offer our clients consultation, detailed design, installation and commissioning, as well as on-going service and maintenance of all our ME&R solutions.
