Documents Required for Admission in MBBS & BDS :: UHS Notification about Documents Preparation ::

Описание: University of Health Sciences (UHS) Lahore has announced a detailed notification about the Documents required for Admission in MBBS & BDS in public sector medical & dental colleges of Punjab. All the candidates who want to apply online for admission need to prepare the required documents.
The admission process for MBBS & BDS program in Government Medical & Dental Institutions of Punjab will begin after the declaration of official result of MDCAT-2022 by the Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC). The Admission Notice shall be advertised separately in accordance with the schedule to be announced by the PMC.
The aspiring candidates, with their online applications, have to upload and submit the mandatory documents without which their application shall be considered incomplete and shall be rejected. These documents include:
i. Matriculation (SSC) certificate or result card
ii. HSSC Pre-Medical/ Equivalent qualification result
iii. Domicile certificate of the candidate
iv. Valid CNIC/POC/B-Form/Passport of the candidate;
v. Valid CNIC/POC/B-Form/Passport of Father / Mother/Guardian of the candidate;
vi. Recent color photograph of the candidate taken in a white or sky blue background;
vii. Specimen signatures and left thumb impression (LTI) of the candidate in blue/black ink on a white paper.
