Soon Rajesh Purohit (Mohnish Behl) enters the family, and impresses Vijay with his efficiency. He also charms his daughter, Priti (Juhi Chawla), and they get married. But Purohit has ulterior motives. He wants to ruin the family and take over Vijay's fortune. Now the father-son duo must fight to regain their business and position.
