In this video, I’ll demonstrate my bedtime routine.
I like to lightly oil and brush my locs before bedtime. The calming scent of @GoldiLocsNC Signature Lavender Oil is perfect for any bedtime routine, in addition to brushing your hair. Brushing locs have a few major benefits, such as helping to distribute oil through your locs, it helps to reduce frizz and helps to reduce lint (also very therapeutic). Please make sure you’re using a soft bristle brush! As it pertains to head coverings, I prefer to use a satin scarf and larger bonnet to cover my locs at night.
