The White Lady
1.5 oz london dry gin
.75 oz cointreau orange liqueur
.5 oz lemon juice
1 barspoon simple syrup
1 egg white
Add above to tin except for egg white
crack egg and use the shell to separate the egg white from the yolk into a separate container
pour egg white into shaker
(optional) add the spring from the strainer to the shaker - helps froth up egg white
shake without ice for ~30 seconds - hold on tight, its gonna want to separate
add a large cube of ice and shake for ~8-10 seconds
strain into chilled coupe glass and allow it to separate
enjoy
