This is a run-through of me installing an Xtrons IQ70DLRL head unit into my 2012 Freelander 2, as well as some of my thoughts on the unit.
As noted in the video to access the factory settings the pin code is 126 - change settings at your own risk!!
Also, note that my Freelander 2 didn't have the factory sat-nav. If yours does then you'll need to buy a MOST Fibre Optical Loop Female Connector to make the unit work.
