How to make a photo reel card

Measurements:

6 x 6 inch card (when folded)
Pink patterned paper (5¾ x 5¾ inch)

Margin from bottom = 1 ¼ inch
Margin from left = 1 inch
Margin from right = ¼ inch
Slit = 4 ½ x 1 ¼ inch
