Thank you for watching my video! This is the third video of my Tinnitus series. In this video I will tell you more about how my first year was with Tinnitus and how I started to feel better. If you haven't watched the second video of my Tinnitus series, then I'll advise you to do so, otherwise this video might not make sense. I'll make sure to leave a card :) In this video I will talk about the steps I took to overcome my fear of noise and how I started to live normally again.

This series is meant for people that want to know more about how to cope with Tinnitus. This could be someone that just found out they have Tinnitus, or someone that has a loved one with Tinnitus and wants to know more about it.

Keep in mind that I am not a doctor, I am however experienced in the topic because I have been diagnosed with Tinnitus for over 7 years.
