A short but deliberately targeted session today. TUT is the key parameter here where the amount of weight we lift is not the primary driver of stress. Its all about the speed. More tolerance eccentrically means more potential concentrically.
Workout details:
• Warm up. Focus on the activate. Scapula pulses, Wall sits, leg lifts, wall marches.
• RDL with Row holds
• Split squat with Floor Press
• Hollow hold pyramid
