For good reason, this conference is going to focus a lot on AI. But having a good Knowledge Management program in place is about so much more than adopting expensive new AI platforms. During this session, you will hear from the leader of a Knowledge Management group at a large law firm about how your organization can use tools it likely already has at its disposal to work more efficiently and advance access to justice. Because so many legal aid organizations use the Microsoft suite of tools, we also will welcome two representatives from Microsoft to present on MS 365 functionality (including Teams and project management), as well as Copilot use cases. Finally, we will provide insights on how to collaborate with law firms who may have access to new AI platforms to provide pro bono support that will help you work more quickly and efficiently.
