Today I made some jackfruit bites ! So easy to make. So tasty.
All the ingredients needed are below.
One Can of Young jackfruit.
I let my Jackfruit sit in Salt water for about an hour then I rinse and cook them.
Battter:
One cup of unBleached all Purpose Flour
2 Cups of Non dairy unsweet milk
Seasoning [1tbsp Seasoning salt, 1tbsp adobo, 1 tbsp. garlic powder]
Breading:
1 cup of All purpose flower and the same seasoning as before.
Fires were purchased at the market.
