The truth is, women should be able to handle a gun simply because there is so much evil in this world. It gives you power and control over situations that you’d otherwise feel powerless in. For example, In October of 2017, I was in Las Vegas when the mass shooting happened at the music festival on the Strip. The hotel went into lockdown, and I was locked in a nearby room not knowing if the active shooter was going to come inside the hotel. But I felt prepared because I was armed. If the door busted open, I had the ability to defend myself. If bad people have guns, good people need guns too!
