• Roasted spices (Bay leaf, Cinnamon, Mace, Cardamom, Clove, Black peppercorn, Whole jeera, Whole coriander, Whole Kashmiri chilli)
• Curd (to mix with roasted masala)
• Mustard oil, Salt, Ghee as required
