Описание: 5 MISTAKES KEEPING YOU SKINNY FAT👇

1. NOT STICKING TO A CUT / BULK
Stop over complicating everything and second guessing yourself bro, stick to your initial goal, and go smash it… stay disciplined and do what you set yourself out to do, results will show.

2. POWERLIFTING
Bro, that big arch on the bench is not helping you what so ever… you need to prioritise the aesthetic muscles - build LEAN MASS in the upper pec, side delts and lats etc… Long story short, just train for AESTHETICS / HYPERTROPHY, 4-15 rep range, MAXIMUM intensity, 8-16 sets a week per muscle group.

3. PROCESSED FOODS
Brother, I preach this in all my videos, a whole food diet will solve nearly all your physical and mental problems in life, supports hormones, promotes muscle growth, and the list goes on. You can literally just do a recomp driving to a whole food nutrient dense diet… Cut out all additives, any fake sugars, you should know this already.

4. YOUR PHONE
If it’s in your pocket you are literally destroying your crown jewels bro, be careful man, stay away from EMFS, and make sure you limit the artificial blue light before bed, both combined will help you repair and produce more testosterone, helping you loose that skinny fat look.

5. DRINKING
Probably one of the WORST things you can do. Yes going out and enjoying yourself once every couple of months is… alright at best. But alcohol lowers testosterone, meaning more oestrogen, meaning you are stuck skinny fat. It stops muscle protein synthesis, delays recovery and dehydrates you. STOP going out every week, start working on yourself instead, and you will see FAST results.
