Mobility
Egyptians: Perform for 1MIN
Tea Cups: 10 REPS Each Side
Kettlebell Arm Bar: Perform 2-3 SETS Each Side
Workout:
KB Get Up with Presses: 1 Rep (L&R=1 REP)/3 SETS
360’s: 10 Reps Each Side / 3-4 SETS
Hand to Hand Kettlebell Swing: Perform for 30 SEC / 3-4 SETS
Mace 3-D Flow: Lap Squat: Side Step Lunge, Back Step Lunges:
Perform 3 REPs (all = 1 REP) / 3 SETS
Weight Recommendations:
Men: 15lb Mace / Light KB: 12KG / Medium KB: 24KG
Women: 10lb Mace / Light KB: 8KG / Medium KB: 16KG
