Recheado Masala
Kashmiri Red Chillies – 150 grams (≈ 55 nos)
Bedgi Chillies – 10 nos (≈ 20 grams)
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Black Peppercorn – 1 tsp
Cloves – ½ tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Cinnamon – 2 to 3 inch piece
Ginger – 1½ inch piece
Garlic – 30 cloves
Tamarind – 1 tbsp (soaked in 2 tbsp vinegar)
Sugar or Jaggery – 10 tbsp or as per taste
Fried Onion – 1 medium size
Salt – To taste
Vinegar – As per requirement (approx. 550 ml to 600 ml)(I have used coconut toddy vinegar)
