Siu Yuk is crispy roasted pork belly, and is one of the most loved and known Cantonese style roasted meats. This dish has been made by my family for generations and served in our families roast houses to people all over East and South East Asia for over 100 years, the true recipe and technique for this take a good 48 to 72 hours, but in this day and ages, who has time for that right?! So we've made a cheat code cook, where for 10% of the effort you get something very close to the real roasted Siu Yuk, and many of you will be happy to know the cooking only takes 30 minutes and yes it's done in an air fryer! Pork
700g pre cut pork belly
1/2 tsp garlic salt

3 tbsp veg oil
Sauce
Roasting juices from the pork belly

Optional 1 tbsp honey if you like it sweet
Finishing
Sliced cucumber
Steamed long grain rice
