People with disabilities in the Self-Determination Program know that choosing a Financial Management Service (FMS) can be challenging. Many wonder how to choose which option is right for you, and which model to choose. Selecting an FMS depends on the needs of the person served, and those needs vary for everyone. Therefore, during this month’s Think Outside the Box, we broke down the different FMS models and explained key factors to consider when making a choice.
